A series of Aasland family members photographs in Norway. My Father Halvor Ausland emmigrated to Canada in 1920 and became a trapper and established Deep River Fur Farm on the Churchill River, Near Ile-a-la Crosse, Saskatchewan. He later sold his fur farm, retired and moved to Ottawa and later moved to White Rock, British Columbia. We have a large family in Norway and the family history has been traced back for many centuries by my son Erik Aasland who has establish a family Genealogy webpage. Further information and photographs will be added to this website later.
